Saw an add for this car on Facebook market place - super great price, good mileage, excellent condition, and definitely was interested. Walked in the next day and was helped by the manager, AP, and he was genuinely awesome. I was a first time buyer and he understood completely and walked me through all my possibilities. He was explaining to me the little to no damage on the car, said they’re fixing it with no problem and at no additional cost to me. When he said they treat every car like it’s gold, he wasn’t kidding. The car looked brand new, and felt super nice. No matter what was wrong, he made sure we got through it and took care of everything himself the entire process. In conclusion, I ended up purchasing the car and was also helped by the financial manager and he helped in every possible way as well! The process went so smooth, I’m excited and would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone! It’s a laid back, not your typical dealership but you’ll have an even better experience than going anywhere else. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. ☺️

I bought a car from DNA and they helped me out so much! The showroom is so nice! Definitely a new and better way of buying a car. I’m so happy with my car and I support this local business! Also, I needed something looked at and Sam took care of it quick! My husband and I are definitely going to be returning customers when it’s time.

In February, I decided to buy a 2016 Yukon GMC from AP. The actually transaction of the car was very smooth and easy as I got my loan from a third party and was ready to purchase. I did my research and things were good. There’s were minor exterior issues in which AP promised to fix, but never did. That’s problem number 1, AP made false promises and claims and never followed thru. He stated he would buffer or clean any exterior issues and never did. Three weeks after I bought the car, the AC stopped working and the compressor needed to be replaced. I took it to a mechanic which verified issue and the agreement was made in which DNA auto and I would split the payment in half. I was fine with that. When you buy a car, a full inspection is supposed to be done. AP explained when they got the car there was the problem with the AC and there was a whole in the condenser. He mentioned they fixed it. He never told me this when I bought the car, that means there was no thorough inspection done and this was not months later. This is what I do have a problem with: It took almost three weeks to fix and AP would not communicate with me or keep me updated on the issue. Again he also made false claims and promises that he would do. My advice don’t over promise and under deliver. My final complaint: I bought my car in February and I did not receive my license plates and registration till last week. It’s May. I have kept calling and asking DNA and AP. They never responded or kept giving me the run around. We finally spoke to the owner. She said she would mail it on a Thursday and over night it. She sent us the tracking number and she still had it on Saturday. She never bothered to send it. I will give her this she is professional in her communication. We finally call the manager on Saturday. His name is Demar. He was extremely rude and abrupt. We live in Austin and he told us we have to wait till Monday or come pick it up. This has been three months since we bought the car. We also spoke to Steven an associate who said it’s the owners job. My problem is Demar’s lack of professionalism and his rudeness and the run around in regards to a license plate for a car we purchased in February. When we got the plates, we noticed they have had the the places and registration sticker for a month. It was dated for April 2020. This means, one they waited two months to do the registration and two, they held on to the plates for a month instead of mailing it us. We kept calling all of April and May to check if they had the license plates. Two areas to improve: 1. Professionalism especially from Demar who was extremely rude and still have not received an apology.i truly hope the owner fires him and replaces his with someone who is more diplomatic 2. Honesty when it comes from AP who never even bothered to inspect the car before selling it or claiming he did. 3. Communication and Follow Up. With all this being said, I’m happy with my car but I will never buy a car from DNA autos. I will stick to reputable dealerships.
